Clean Sweep Pros provides residential and office cleaning services, including move-in and move-out cleaning, empty-property deep cleaning, and handover kitchen and appliance cleaning, subject to property condition review and scope confirmation. Service availability, access arrangements, and the final scope are confirmed before any visit.

Scope / use / administrationQuotes are prepared on a custom basis after the property scope and condition have been reviewed. Any deposit, if requested, will be communicated before confirmation, and accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, card, or cash on site, as agreed for the booking.

Payments / cancellation / timingThe customer must provide accurate information about the property, ensure reasonable access at the agreed time, and confirm that the property is empty where required for the service. Cleaning supplies are included as part of the standard service unless otherwise agreed in writing, and any checklist or priority areas confirmed in advance will form part of the service scope.
